UK Panasonic Photocopier Prices

Who are Panasonic?

Panasonic is a well-known and highly respected telecommunications company that holds a strong position within the UK market. Panasonic has over 30 years experience in developing communication products such as photocopiers and fax machines. Panasonic claim their photocopiers are ideal for both small and large offices. They believe their machines increase efficiency and even reduce stress in the workplace as the machines are reliable and easy to run. Here we will look at the various models available to UK customers and discuss their main functions and price.

Why choose a Panasonic Photocopier?

The company claims that their vast experience in developing communication technologies means their devices are higher in quality than their competitors. Indeed, they boast over 30 years experience developing photocopier units. They claim their photocopiers will help businesses increase productivity in the workplace. Panasonic argue that customers will be impressed by the quality of both their colour and monochrome photocopy units. The fact Panasonic is a global company means their products will be widely available and many repair and maintenance companies will be familiar will them.

Panasonic Colour Photocopiers – The MC Range

Panasonic currently offer two photocopiers which also act as standard printers, scanners and fax machines. The latest model is the KX-MC6260 which is marketed for use in larger offices. The machine has a 3.6 inch colour display screen which aims to make operation easy and simple. The photocopying function can produce a respectable 20 copies per minute and can copy 99 times in one operation. The product is marketed as an “all in one” solution for a busy, modern office. An older model, the KX-MC6020 is also available to purchase. This machine offers similar functions to its successor including a 20 copy per minute photocopy rate but has a slightly inferior resolution when it comes to printing and scanning. That being said it is still high enough quality to be used in a variety of offices.

What about the cost of the Units?

The MC6260 costs around £500.00 to buy brand new, with online retailer Novatech currently offering the units at £471.59. The same site offers the MC6020 for £380.00. Larger companies purchasing several units are likely to be offered a significant discount by photocopying retailers. The ink and toner for the cartridges is the same for both models and each individual cartridge costs in the region of £50 to £60. Again a discount is likely to be provided for multiple purchases of the cartridges.
